Thor, who is a pro cyclist and wears bike gear everyday for a living doesn't seem to have a problem getting the ladies.
As you can probably tell from my Tweets on Twitter and my avatar, I like cycling. I go out quite a bit during the year and I could have bought a car for the same price as my bike. What I wear when I go out, is a full cycling kit. Yes I wear the whole “spandex” kit (It’s lycra people! Get it right! lol), only because it is the most comfortable thing to wear when riding a bike over long distances. I wear it for a reason, not because I think it looks cool. Now when most girls I talk to hear this, their first impression is “Ew. Really? You wear that stuff? Gross”. After knowing me for a while they eventually see me in my bike gear, to which they change their tune to, “That bike gear looks hot on you”. Just the other day I was riding my bike down a nice paved trail by the lake and had to slow down for a few girls running the opposite direction. They looked me up and down, said “Hey there” and gave me “the look” and that flirty smile (Yes I know what that smile looks like) before they continued on their way. The same thing happened when I went to the bike store the other day to get a new pair of shorts, the girl at the cash got all flirty when she saw what I was buying. No I am not making this up, or seeing things that aren’t there, this is really happening to me.
So here is the question, do you girls out there find guys in bike gear hot? I was talking to my friend today and I asked her the question, to which she responded, “Heck yeah guys in bike gear are hot. I check them out every time I drive by them on the road”. If your answer is yes, then what makes a guy in bike gear so hot? Is it the same reason why girls in Lululemon yoga pants look so hot?

I personally think guys in cycling gear are hot because they wear the as you stated, “comfortable” gear and it fits them so nice and snug giving a visual of their physique! I mean, honestly you can see every curve, and muscle just about!
Now, those who cycle I strongly admire because their passion and drive to ride long distances and push and train their bodies to build up their endurance is amazing! Even out here in triple degree weather right now, I see cyclists on the road doing their thing! Dedication is truly shown and that just further contributes to a cyclist being hot topped off with the whole cycling gear!!
I never thought of guys in cycling gear as attractive. I just try to get around them when they are on the road.
I guess if I did see them up close, I wouldn’t look at what they are wearing, I’d look at their face.
Looks like I have quite the following from some good looking girls in Arizona. A Beauty and a Hottie! lol I find not many people pay attention to you when you are riding, but rather when you are stopped for a moment.
As a side note I think that girls in cycling gear look hot. I have been out with a few girls I know and they have always looked pretty good.
